The Learning Loft educates  students to use  language that is apropriate for their studies and that helps them to navigate academic norms and policies to complete their assignments.

English for Academic Purposes (EAP) involves teaching students to use appropriate language for their studies and academic  research. It is a branch of ESP (English for Specific Purposes) which has expanded together with the growing number of international students undertaking higher education in English.


Our EAP courses include language support in assignments, exams, dissertations, research papers, tutorials, discussion papers, lectures and seminars.
